Hear What Is Not Said

Campaign Idea

Exclusion and bullying within the stable environment is a problem that largely takes place beneath the surface. Exposure is not always visible or easy to detect, which makes it difficult to identify and address. Instead, the problem often remains hidden, silently affecting those involved.

To draw attention to this issue, we wanted to create a campaign that feels rather than explains – one that breaks the silence and encourages more people to listen to the subtle signals, and to act against an unsafe stable environment.

With the film “Hear What Is Not Said”, we illustrate how something that appears harmless and ordinary on the outside can feel entirely different on the inside. By using visual contrasts between surface and inner experience, the story begins in a seemingly warm and normal stable setting, only to gradually transform into a dramatized representation of the emotional weight and isolation of being excluded.

Alongside the film, we created a dedicated campaign landing page where both young people and adults could access support, tools and guidance on how to speak up, break the silence, and hear what is not said.
